Welcoming a new baby into our lives is an exciting and joyful experience, but it can also be overwhelming and exhausting. As a mother of two boys, I know how helpful it is to have an extra pair of hands around and a shoulder to lean on when things get too challenging.

My professional experience as a preschool teacher has helped me understand the importance of the early years in the life of a child, and the positive role that a healthy parent-baby bond plays in a baby's development. A rested and relaxed parent will feel confident about their parenting skills and would be able to build this bond.
