Free consultation

Your postpartum support person should be someone who connects with you on a personal level, someone who understands you and shares your values. A 20-minute call to talk about your needs and concerns will help you decide if we are a good fit. If you are interested in knowing how I can support you, let’s talk! I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Most people like massages. Your baby may like them too!

Connect with your baby through infant massage. Nurturing touch not only strengthen bonding, it also relaxes your baby, improves sleeping patterns, relieves colic and constipation symptoms and reduces stress.

I’ll teach you gentle techniques to calm your baby’s nervous system and build trust and connection.

If you are curious to learn more or want to bring this activity into your routine, I’d love to share more with you.
